17 - 18 June 2008 - Millenium Theatre, Limerick Institute of Technology
BRE Ireland is delighted to host its first annual conference on Planning and Building for Sustainability which takes place on 17 & 18 June at the Limerick Institute of Technology.
For too long sustainability has been the afterthought to a construction development. The aim of this conference is to demonstrate the benefits of factoring sustainability into a project from the planning stage so that benchmarks can be set that guarantee the desired environmental outcomes.
With a range of high profile speakers, delegates will learn about the advantages of a holistic approach to sustainability where it's not just low carbon that's considered but the range of other issues that make modern construction such a hugh challenge. Both new build and regeneration projects will be covered with up to date case study examples from around the country.

The conference is being sponsored by DuPont.
