SBEM Training
Non domestic Assessor Training
BRE Ireland are currently running SBEM (Simplified Building Energy Model) training
This training is designed to give you confidence in the use of the tool and prepares people for the Interim SEI Non domestic BER assessors exam (set and run by BRE).
The comprehensive two day programme includes:
- The process of carrying out the new compliance calculation
- Collecting input data, zoning the building, using SBEM to carry out calculations and interpreting results
- The use of case study examples to give delegates in-depth practical knowledge
Tutor student ratio never greater than 6 to 1 means individual attention.

We give you all the materials you need to work on at home, to help you get proficient in using the software. Finally, we hold our training in a computer lab so your day is spent training and not setting up the programme on laptops.
